Adam is a serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple renewable energy companies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Adam graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business Management.

Stephen Tich

President & Chief Operating Officer

Stephen is a financial services executive having held C-Level positions in North America and Asia. Today, he supports early-stage companies that focus on clean energy. Stephen received an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Eric Leinwohl

Strategic Advisor & Partner

Eric (Rick) is a healthcare executive focused on software to connect patients and medical professionals. Today, he is a private investor in the healthcare, energy, and entertainment industries. Rick holds a degree from Stony Brook University.

Adam Sansiveri

Advisor & Investor

Adam is a Managing Director at a multi-billion dollar investment firm. He is also a tech entrepreneur and renewable energy investor who has a passion for helping others manage and grow their wealth. Adam received an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.A. from Cornell.

With a degree in marketing and communications from one of Germany’s leading technical universities, RWTH Aachen University, and experience in marketing for technical companies, Lara supports the team as a specialist in external and internal communications.

Sabina Soltysik

Sabina is a third-year student studying a double degree in economics and environmental sustainability at the ANU, Australia's leading university. Sabina supports marketing and project management that focuses on home energy improvements and the renewable sector.

Pawel Pieta

Technology Team Lead

Pawel is holding a masters degree in mechatronics engineering from the AGH university of science and technology in Cracow. At enlighten.energy, Pawel is responsible for the development of its smart energy metering system and energy monitoring platform.
